Dominican Youth: Facing the Present and the Future

The objective of this study was to analyze the attitudes and habits of young people in Greater Santo Domingo, covering aspects such as their socioeconomic profile, their views on the present and future, their attitudes toward work, education, the country’s social reality, and sexuality. It focused on people aged 16 to 35 and classified households into lower-middle, low, and middle socioeconomic levels based on the head of household’s education, occupation, and means of transportation, as well as their children’s educational institutions.
